Based at Withambrook Park Industrial Estate near Grantham, our dedicated team serves Range Rover and Land Rover owners across the UK. From servicing and advanced diagnostics to infotainment upgrades and customisation, we pride ourselves on quality, innovation and genuine customer satisfaction. 

We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior or Master Technician to join our workshop team. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Full servicing, diagnostics and mechanical repairs on JLR models (especially Range Rover and Jaguar)
   
• Handling other premium marques as needed
   
• Welding, fabrication, and structural repair work
   
• Using air-conditioning service machines (recover, evacuate, recharge A/C systems)
   
• Diagnosing complex issues using JLR software and diagnostic tools
   
• Supporting improvements in workflow, quality control, and team standards

• Full servicing (including interim and major services)
   
• Brake system work (discs, pads, calipers, ABS diagnostics)
   
• Electrical diagnostics and repair (wiring, modules, sensors)
   
• CAN Bus and MOST Bus diagnostics
   
• Emissions system diagnostics (DPF, EGR, AdBlue, O2 sensors)
   
• Timing belt (CAM belt) replacement and timing chain work
   
• Engine fault finding and repair
   
• Gearbox and transmission servicing (auto/manual/transfer box)
   
• Infotainment and electronic module updates
   
• Use of factory-level diagnostic equipment (JLR SDD/Pathfinder)
   
• Welding and light fabrication tasks
   
• A/C servicing with recovery/recharge machines
   

You will be expected to manage complex repairs, guide junior technicians, and maintain the highest standards of workmanship and customer service.
 

• Proven track record as a technician with Jaguar Land Rover vehicles (Range Rover, Sport, Evoque, Defender, Jaguar models, etc.)
   
• Skilled in welding and body/structural repairs
   
• Competent operating modern A/C recharge machines and HVAC system servicing
   
• Ability to diagnose and repair across drivetrain, suspension, electronics, and bodywork systems
   
• Professional standard, attention to detail, and willingness to train/junior.
