Please note, this does not eliminate your rights to liaise directly with the manufacturer, but assures you of our commitment to your satisfaction. NOTE: Our Warranty terms are as per the terms here in our terms and conditions section and no warranty terms should be considered in other communications via our online services that may be outdated or automated and out of our control. You warranty is what is stated here and no where else on our website or other automated communications outside of our control.

By purchasing or engaging with Range Rover World or any of its subsidiaries from Range Rover World, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Noting: that the terms and conditions form a legally binding contract even in the absence of a physical paper document, when authorising works on your vehicle or ordering parts and products for your vehicle where payment is not required or requested in advance, all parts and products are subject to a restocking fee should you cancel your order, booking, or service. Please see below for rates on restocking. Methods of authorisation of works are: Verbal, SMS, What's app, Social media platforms, email, telephone, in writing etc. Noting that entering the agreement is via any of the above methods.
Range Rover World Shipping and Fulfilment Policy
At Range Rover World, we take pride in offering high-quality service, which includes efficient shipping. We strive to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days of receipt. However, due to the variable demand and stock levels of our products, actual delivery timelines can vary. Your order could arrive as soon as 24 hours or take up to 3 weeks post-dispatch.
For our international customers, we may use a drop shipping strategy for improved efficiency. In instances where our physical stock is low or depleted, we may instruct our suppliers to ship items directly to you. This requires us to share your contact information and shipping address with our suppliers. Please be assured, your data is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality. Range Rover World does not sell your data, and all communications will always be facilitated through us.
Some items that are classified as 'special order' may be subject to a restocking fee if returned. If you decide to cancel an order, any refunds issued will be less the original shipping costs. Please note that buyers are responsible for paying any import fees levied by the receiving country. Range Rover World does not condone or engage in any practices aimed at deceiving customs to reduce import fees. It is solely the buyer's responsibility to research and be aware of any fees that the receiving country may require them to pay.
Please also be aware that delivery times can be affected by external factors such as customs checks for international orders. While these checks are out of our control, we commit to assisting you as much as possible through the process.
If a product is out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you and keep you updated on the estimated time of arrival. We understand that this can be inconvenient and we appreciate your understanding in these instances.
Shipping costs depend on the destination and the weight of the package. All relevant shipping costs will be clearly outlined at the checkout stage.

VAT Receipts and Invoices for Online Purchases
Please note, it's crucial to understand that we cannot issue a VAT invoice for a product that has been purchased via our website. Our website is an automated system that provides booking/purchase confirmation at the point of sale and functions separately from other business operations. Therefore, if you require a business to business (B2B) invoice, it's essential that you contact us to establish your account prior to making a purchase. The website does however show VAT on your online order confirmation receipt.
Business to Business (B2B) versus Business to Consumer (B2C) Customers
It's important to distinguish between Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) customers, as their needs and purchasing behaviour significantly differ:
B2B Customers: These are businesses that purchase our products or services for their own operational use or for resale. They often require detailed invoices, including VAT breakdowns, for their accounting purposes.
B2C Customers: These customers are individual consumers who purchase our products or services for personal use. They usually do not require VAT invoices and their purchases are primarily made through our online webstore.
Range Rover World will not be held liable for any business VAT claims where the appropriate invoice for returns is not available. We strongly encourage our customers to ensure the correct purchasing method is used if VAT invoices are required for their business operations.
Understanding these distinctions helps us better tailor our services and purchasing procedures to suit the specific needs of our diverse customer base.
Duration and Termination
Each plan is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. You may cancel your service at any time. However, in the event of cancellation, you will be required to pay the balance for any service carried out where there are outstanding payments unless you are covered on the Platinum plan and cancelling the 6 monthly interim service. For example, if you've paid for 10 months of the Gold plan, the balance of 2 months or £199.98 will be due.
MOT Cover
The MOT cover is only applicable if Range Rover World conducts a prior inspection of the vehicle to ensure it meets our standards. Any existing issues found must be rectified prior to the plan commencing. All subsequent MOTs must be conducted by Range Rover World at our premises in Grantham. We will not pay out to a 3rd party for any MOT failure items due to wear and tear.
Range Rover World Premises
The plan cover is exclusively for work carried out on the Range Rover World premises based in Grantham. This is not a nationwide plan that allows the policy holder to conduct the MOT or have the vehicle serviced elsewhere.
MOT Procedure
Our preference is for a clean pass history. A pre-MOT will be conducted and any necessary items will be replaced prior to the MOT to ensure a clean pass. We will not allow a vehicle to fail and then rectify any issues post failure. We ensure the vehicle is roadworthy at all times prior to the MOT being conducted.
Additional Charges
Certain items are subject to supplementary fees if deemed an MOT failure. Specifically, discs and pads will be subject to a supplement of up to £250 should the vehicle require new discs and pads all round.
Fair Use
This policy is based on fair use and is designed to cover the bulk of the costs of any general wear and tear items such as suspension arms, bushes, track rod ends, anti-roll bar drip links, roll bar bushes, diagnostic checks, and emissions additives for excessive smoke or CO2/NOX etc.
Non-Covered Items
Major mechanical components are not covered under the service plan or the MOT cover.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Range Rover World reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
Please note that these terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with the individual service plan details. All services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw, suspend or amend the services without notice. The above terms and conditions are governed by English law.
At Range Rover World, we prioritise the satisfaction of our customers. To ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience, we have established the following policy regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds:
1. Order Cancellations: An order may be cancelled within 48 hours of the purchase. However, if the dispatch process has begun, cancellations will not be possible.
2. Return Policy: Returns must be in their original and unopened packaging. Except where prior agreement has been made, failure to return the goods in a working non damaged condition will result in a rejected returns process and rejection for a refund. The buyer is responsible for both original and return shipping fees. Please note that returns due to a change of mind or price matching are not accepted, as some of our items may be sourced internationally or custom-built per order. Buyers returning items accept full liability for any damages during transit and appropriate insurances must be in place to cover the value of the goods. Range Rover World accept no responsibility for goods that are damaged during the returns process.
3. High-value Items: For returned items with a purchase price exceeding £1000, a restocking fee of £30 will be applied. This fee will be subtracted from the total refund amount, and will be per item ordered.
4. Refund Policy: All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. In circumstances where a refund to the original method of payment is not possible, the amount will be credited to a customer's Range Rover World account for future purchases. We cannot offer refunds via alternate methods such as bank transfer or third-party payment services.
5. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days. This automated process ensures the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions.
6. Faulty Goods: Returns beyond the initial cancellation period will only be accepted for faulty items. We are committed to rectifying any issues related to product quality or performance in a timely manner. please take note that Range Rover World will only be liable to replace faulty parts that are inoperable, in the case of DIY installations we are not liable for any incorrectly fitted parts, damage caused by incorrectly fitting the parts, or faults, warning lamps, or diagnostic trouble codes that may be present with a DIY product. The buyer accepts full responsibility for DIY installation this also covers liability's of DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes, across all our product range, Infotainments, climate control, steering wheel buttons, headlights, tail lights, and any other products under the Range Rover World umbrella.
At Range Rover World, our commitment to customer satisfaction is paramount. We also acknowledge the necessity to protect our operations and customers against fraudulent activities. To achieve these objectives, we have revised our policy regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds to include provisions on the return of goods: 14/05/2023
1. Goods Assessment: Any returned goods will undergo an in-house diagnostic test, as well as verification of original IMEI numbers, MAC Address numbers, and presence of Smart Water Security. These procedures are implemented to confirm that the returned goods are indeed the ones we originally dispatched, and to validate the stated fault.
2. Assessment Period: During this assessment, your refund will be placed on hold. While our aim is to complete all diagnostic work within 24 hours, please allow for a maximum of 30 days in case of complex issues or faults.
3. Fraudulent Activities: Range Rover World adopts a zero-tolerance policy towards any attempts to deceive our company through fraudulent returns. Such attempts, including returning a different product than the one dispatched by us, will result in immediate litigation proceedings. For transparency and security, all our products are carefully catalogued with relevant serial numbers recorded in our database.
4. Any issues with any of our products and services will be resolved by Range Rover World on premises, for infotainment related faults or concerns customers must afford Range Rover World the opportunity in the first instance to repair or replace fault systems. Any return or removal requests requiring a refund must be removed from the vehicle by Range Rover World, any 3rd party removal will void the return request. Customers returning for a removal do so at their own cost, Range Rover World are not liable to cover any expenses for travel.
5. Customers who open a charge back request via their credit card provider without firstly affording Range Rover World the opportunity to repair or replace any faulty goods or service will immediately void any warranty's or guarantees on parts, products or services resulting in Range Rover World no longer supporting you or your systems. We have a refund policy that we are able to follow should a refund be required. Note refunds are not issued until goods have been returned to Range Rover World. Infotainment systems installed by Range Rover World must be removed by Range Rover World only, any removal by a 3rd party will invalidate the return request and result in a void warranty and void refund request.
